Mexican/Latin Food is by far my favorite. The vegetarian possibilities, along with the combination of flavors...perfect!
This particular meal, was the best thing I had all summer, it consisted of a black bean cake twister, at the Red Mesa Grill in Traverse City.
It is a good thing I don't live closely to this delicious dish!
